You can't have ever received switch cash from Barclays before
You must earn at least £75,000 a year or be able to save or invest £100,000 or more with Barclays
Steps
Ensure you have 2 or more Direct Debits active on the account you will switch from (Switch Tracker can help with this)
Open a sole account via the Barclays app
Pay in at least £4,000 within 30 days of opening the account
Wait up to 28 working days after meeting the criteria to receive the £400
