You can't have previously received a Barclays switch bonus
You can't currently have an open Barclays current account on or before 9 June
Steps
Ensure the account you will switch from has at least 2 Direct Debits (Switch Tracker can help with that)
Open a sole account via Barclays' app
Switch in an account from another bank
Pay in at least £2,000
Wait up to 28 days for the £200 to be paid into your account
